'To the Lighthouse' is a self-portrait inspired by the feelings of loss and exile depicted in Diaspora literature. Using symbolic motifs of a city's skyline, a lighthouse in the mist, and the dispersed jellyfish, it explores themes of identity, nostalgia, and drift within the modern landscape that is deeply associated with the artist's lived experiences outside her motherland.
